I found the staff very helpful. They ALWAYS greeted me with a smile. The room was modern and clean. The location was GREAT , most attractions were within walking distance. The bus and train stop was nearby.
The room was located below ground level and it was particularly small. It was smaller than a cabin on a boat cruise. It had no windows and relied entirely on air conditioning. The advertising photos only show rooms with windows , so I find this misleading.

the room was clean and modern (i liked its style). the staff offered helpful tips for local food places. i am grateful for the advice they provided.
the room i booked had no windows. this felt claustrophobic, like sleeping on a low cruise ship bunk. the bathroom door was just frosted glass, i felt there was not much privacy because of this.

The location was superb. Haymarket station is merely a short walk, and i found several restaurants nearby! the staff was quite helpful with directions and recommendations. also, i was offered luggage storage after checkout while i explored the neighborhood. i really liked the friendly atmosphere.
The room was a bit small, though it had everything i needed. The soundproofing could be slightly better though

the communal spaces were quite good. i found the breakfast to be excellent as well. the beds were very comfortable. the provided towels and bed linen seemed like high quality.
the room was very small considering the price. the bathroom door did not close properly so privacy was limited. there was not a wardrobe provided in the room. the hairdryer had a strong smell of body odour.
